this procedure can be done on a case of re-do bypass surgery also,Obesity perticulerly obese female is not a contraindication.I have carried out this procedure in a patient weighing 121 KG(266.75 pound).This patient was suffering from triple vessel disease with 50% LMCA.he underwent PTCA because in past his brother who was also obese was operated for CABG, but had sternal dehison. His stents shows instent thrombosis with reccurance of symtoms.This time he opted for MICS

Totaly 172 patients operated.Initially most of the patients were of SVD or failed angioplasty. Gradually number of anastomosis incremented . Now it is possible ro perform MICS up to 5-vessel grafting. Apart from coronary web mastering different other sites werw chosen for proximal anastomosis
